About Hannah Bales Photography

I have always loved photography. Growing up, I spent my free summer days taking pictures. Every summer camp was joyfully documented by a disposable film camera.

Right out of high school, in 2020, I started my photography business, focusing on senior and family pictures. After a brief hiatus to complete my Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design up in Michigan as well as a year spent working in Wyoming, I am back in Southeast Nebraska and revamping my photography business. I am open to travel, so don’t hesitate to reach out even if you’re not in my area!

I am offering a variety of portrait photography sessions and hope to begin offering wedding photography in the near future.

Fun Facts About Me

I am converting to Catholicism and will be confirmed this Easter. Woohoo!!! I have grown closer to Jesus throughout this whole journey and cannot wait to see what He has planned for me in the future.

After college, I moved to Southeast Wyoming for about a year. While I was there, I worked for podcaster, author, blogger, and homesteader Jill Winger. I assisted with everything from graphic design and photography to marketing and copywriting. I worked around homestead, spending most of my time in the garden, but I also gained some experience working cattle and assisting with the occasional construction project. I would like to have my own homestead one day.

My family goes camping every summer. We choose a region of Nebraska to explore and spend a week there. I love camping in the sandhills.
